How does it work?
Every week we will have 4 specials that will qualify for the plan. Depending on how many people you book, you can save from 50% up to a FREE trip.
Book 06 people and the 07th gets 50% discount
Book 07 people and the 08th gets 60% discount
Book 08 people and the 09th gets 70% discount
Book 09 people and the 10th gets 80% discount
Book 10 people and the 11th gets 90% discount
Book 11 people and the 12th gets 100% discount, means, FREE!!
But I don't have time to put everybody together in a week!
What should I do?
We know how sometimes you get excited about one trip, but it's difficult to convince others to go, due to their work schedule, kid's vacation, etc. That's why we give you ONE MONTH to book the entire group. It's required that at least one person of the group purchases the featured vacation package. The rest of the group can be booked within a month and we guarantee the SAME PRICE. Also, we will only apply the discount when you are sure how many people will go in your group.

Sun God Expeditions Group Leaders Plan helps make traveling with one's family easier and more affordable.
Every week 4 specials will be featured on this plan.
In order to qualify for the discount, at least one passenger for the traveling group must purchases a package within that week.
After that, you have up one month from the first reservation made to book the remaining passengers.
You don't need to determine how many people will be in the group, but once you use the discount, it cannot be adjusted or reapplied.
All passengers must be traveling in the same departure day on the same package.
Different departures cities are allowed (check for the price from each city).
Sun God Expeditions will do all efforts to avoid it, but due to airline inventory changes, some flights can be different in the same group.
Taxes are not included in the promotion and must be paid in full.
The discount will not be applied to any "customized" packages. Any changes on dates, hotels or destinations will void the discount.
In case of cancellation of one or more passengers, the discounted amount will be adjusted to the correct level. If the total number of passengers traveling is less than 6, no discount will be given.
Sun God Expeditions isn't responsible for any information incorrectly given, such names and addresses. Once the confirmation e-mail is accepted, we will perform by the Terms and Conditions agreed on such e-mail. Our Terms & Conditions will apply to all reservations in case of cancellations and changes.
